I’m hooked on this chocolate peanut butter smoothie my girlfriend made me while visiting her in North Carolina. We had been working hard out in the garden and came in for an afternoon snack when she indulged me with this “treat” to satisfy my chocolate craving. Smooth. Creamy. Delicious. Almost like a chocolate shake!
Servings: 1 (16 oz.)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute–I love soy milk)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey (or Agave nectar)
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients into the blender in order listed and secure lid. Puree until smooth and creamy.
