Cafe Rio Strawberry Lemonade with Stevia {Copycat}

  • 1 pint strawberries, quartered with tops removed
  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed lemon juice, strained with seeds removed (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup Stevia in the Raw
  • 10-12 cups water
  1. In a high-speed blender, add strawberries, lemon juice and Stevia. Blend until well combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into a two quart container and add enough water to taste.
