Green Flu-Fighter Juice

Green-Flu-Fighter-Juice(570x838)-frameNo need to plug your nose to drink this baby down…Unless, of course, the color of green freaks you out like the thought of eating snake or squid freaks me out. Ha. This veggie juice, however, is spiked with apple (I bet you thought I was going to say vodka, didn’t you? Sorry folks), which helps overcome the veggie taste that you may be pre-disposed to not liking.

So why the title “flu fighter”? Eating your fruits and veggies on a daily basis builds your immune system to help your body ward off sickness and fight off flu. No kidding! Whenever I drink this concoction on a regular basis I don’t get sick. I might get a sniffle here and there but my body wards it off quick. As soon as I go off it or quit eating the daily allotment of fruits and veggies, I start catching colds and flus that fly through the office and home. It’s a no-brainer to drink this concoction. It is chalk full of vitamins and minerals! Especially kale–it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals! It’s probably one of the best vegetables you can eat.

For those with dietary needs, this beverage is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian.
