Green Goddess Dip

This simple green dip is absolutely addicting and a great party dip–regal enough for a Goddess. No wonder it’s called the Green Goddess Dip! A caterer made this dip for our Garden Soiree and we ALL gushed over it! It’s amazing with all sorts of vegetables, or even as a salad dressing. You will not be disappointed with this delectable dish….I promise.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups parsley, lightly chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Shirley J Pizza and Pasta Seasoning
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan, powdered
  • Water, if needed, to thin for desired consistency

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
