You love me because I’m sharing a low fat, low sodium, no cholesterol, highly nutritious snack recipe that will rock your world and change the way you look at popcorn (and eat it too): Nutritious Cheezy Popcorn Recipe.

You’re welcome.

I will admit that I hoard popcorn into movie theaters. Yep, I’m a rebel. Movie theaters just aren’t vegan or vegetarian friendly but I love eating popcorn in a movie. You know, that brainless movement of hand to mouth while watching a good movie.

What makes this baby nutritious? Well, not just the popcorn but also because of the nutritious Nutritional Yeast that is high in protein and fiber.

I was introduced to nutritional yeast a couple of years ago and have used it in recipes that need a cheesy taste. This nutritious cheezy popcorn recipe fits the bill. You can leave off the butter and fattening parmesan cheese and enjoy this nutritious cheezy popcorn recipe without the guilt. One handful at a time.

This nutritional cheezy popcorn recipe only has 2 ingredients and takes less than 3 minutes to make from start to finish. Gotta love those kinds of snacks! Plus, if you use the Red Star nutritional yeast, it is supplemented with B12–a bonus for vegans!

Here’s a great kitchen hack >> check out my tutorial for how to make homemade popcorn in the microwave. So clever and much cheaper than the boxed brands!
