Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes

Slow-Cooker-Sloppy-Joes(570x380)-frameSo, I had a really delicious recipe in mind to make for dinner, but I’ve been so busy shopping, reading, and napping working, that I just haven’t had the time to make it. Instead, I thought I would BEEF it up today with what Mr. Chef would call “man” food–All American Sloppy Joes made in the slow cooker. So much easier to throw it all in the Crock Pot in the morning instead of slaving over the stove after a day of hard work :) Not to mention I want a great excuse to try out my NEW slow cooker I got for Christmas from the kids. I’m doing the happy dance! It’s so beautiful and shiny that I just want to hug and kiss it–my other slow cooker was 23 years 2 months and 13 days old. Want to know how I know that? We got it as a wedding gift! But boy has it lasted!

So back to the Sloppy Joes…You’ll love them. Hearty, thick, flavorful, easy, delicious, and a time saver. I’m sure I could come up with a lot more words to describe it. But that will have to do. You get the picture.
