- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 3 medium beets (9 ounces), cooked, peeled and quartered
- 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 1/2 cups baby kale
- In a high speed blender, mix together ingredients in order listed and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
!If fresh beets aren't available, you may substitute an 8 to 9-ounce package of whole baby beets for the fresh beets.
